Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Yeeto, a product of Yeeto Technologies, collects, uses, shares, and retains information related to businesses, users, and customer feedback.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details, business profile information, workspace settings, review request metadata, usage information, support messages, and technical information such as device and browser data.
3. Customer feedback data
Yeeto may collect ratings, answers, optional contact details, review request metadata, and customer-submitted feedback.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide Yeeto, manage accounts, operate review requests, support private follow-up, improve the product, communicate with users, and protect the service.
5. AI processing
Yeeto may process customer-submitted feedback to create AI-assisted review drafts or related customer proof assets. AI output is generated from submitted feedback and business context.
6. Payment and billing data
Paid subscriptions may be processed by Razorpay. Yeeto does not need to store full card details on its own servers.
7. Cookies and analytics
Yeeto may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve product reliability.
On the Yeeto marketing website and Studio signup journey, Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, it records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, trial-link interactions, and completed account signups. Yeeto uses this information to understand website performance and signup journeys. You can decline without affecting website access; your choice is saved in browser storage and a first-party consent cookie shared across Yeeto subdomains.
Google may process analytics data according to its own terms and privacy practices. Yeeto does not enable advertising personalisation through this implementation and does not intentionally send names, email addresses, customer feedback, or other directly identifying form data to Google Analytics.
8. Security checks and Cloudflare Turnstile
Yeeto may use Cloudflare Turnstile, including invisible mode, to help distinguish legitimate visitors from bots and protect the service from abuse. Cloudflare may process technical signals for this purpose. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
9. Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate Yeeto, process payments, provide infrastructure, support users, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so users should also protect their accounts and access credentials.
12. Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain information by contacting us, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.
13. Children’s privacy
Yeeto is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Yeeto changes. The updated date will show when the latest version applies.
