1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Yeeto, a product of Yeeto Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Yeeto

Yeeto helps businesses collect genuine customer feedback, create customer-approved drafts, and guide customers toward review destinations or private follow-up.

3. Account and workspace access

You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace. Keep access credentials secure and invite only people who are authorized to manage your business feedback.

4. Genuine feedback policy

Yeeto is designed to collect and improve expression of genuine customer feedback. You must not use Yeeto to invent reviews, misrepresent customer experiences, or pressure customers into dishonest public reviews.

5. AI-assisted content

AI-assisted drafts are based on customer-submitted feedback. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to share any draft.

6. Review destinations

Yeeto may help customers open or copy content for third-party review destinations. Yeeto does not control third-party platforms and does not guarantee that reviews will be accepted, displayed, or published.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may include limits for locations, seats, review requests, responses, AI generations, and related business usage. Paid subscriptions may be processed through Razorpay.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation controls or support process available in your account. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Yeeto, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for dishonest review activity.

10. Customer data and privacy

Your use of customer feedback data must comply with applicable law and your own obligations to customers. Our Privacy Policy explains how Yeeto handles information.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep Yeeto available and useful, but the service may change, pause, or experience interruptions from time to time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yeeto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, plans, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the latest version applies.
